Bought this part to replace the original part that broke during and oil change. The part broke before even putting it on so I contacted the company and they sent me another under warranty. That one has worked like a charm so far. -

Bought this part to replace the one that broke on my XJ. It also broke. Since this company does NOT have a customer service phone number I emailed them asking for a replacement or my money back. I got no response. I HIGHLY suggest taking your business elsewhere if you want a quality product and quality customer service.
